This is the BBQ I have needed in my life! We always wanted to try this place and finally had time to stop in. The service is insanely fast and everything is flavorful and fresh! I’m excited for the whole family to try it. I didn’t get the best pictures lol bc we were starving.

I love this place, eat here several times a week, but today was a little disappointing. The new gentleman behind the bar doesn't seem to like it here. It's only the second time I have seen him. First time he ignored me so I went to the register instead of the bar. Today I actually spoke to him to get his attention. His response was rude, so I repeated the question. Same rude response. So , back to the register I go. Not going to deal with or tip a rude person....

if you come as a tourist and your hotel is in down town or garden district, you should stop here. It's definitely not a fancy area but these guys have created a nice BBQ place here. We have been here several times and we really liked it. Lots of meat, lots of beer, lots of space. The only thing I don't like is that the store closes quite early.

A time was had! Counter service and has a full service bar. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Has a gravel parking lot as well. Food was delicious. I got the burnt ends and spoon bread. Then we got the corn nuggets, banana pudding bread pudding and a brownie. Everything was delicious and service was great.

This place NEVER disappoints me!!! We shared the 3-meat combo(ribs, sliced brisket, and pulled pork, beans, and fries), turkey salad (OMG), slaw, and corn nuggets. The meat was all tender, juicy, seasoned, and smoked to perfection. The smoke turkey on that salad sent me straight to heaven to meet God himself (well, that's what it felt like)!!! The sides were excellent, but it would have been nice if a side salad was on the menu, but that doesn't change the way I feel about this gem. GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF, AND THAT SWEET TEA WAS BANGING!!!

I enjoyed the food a lot. There is not much good BBQ in Louisiana, much less Nola but I think this is my favorite. The brisket was unfortunately my least favorite and I feel it lacked a good bit of flavor but I loved the chicken and pork. They have some pretty good sides and desserts but they are nice people working there and I’ll be back

Best BBQ in the city... Fight me. The five meat platter with an extra side is enough for three meals and you will want leftovers. I haven't had a single thing I don't love. Cowboy candy? Amazing. Award winning chicken wings? YUMMO. Brisket and pulled pork? The best. Chili with brisket? Get outta here. The spoon corn pudding is a must as are the glazed crispy brussels. Do it. Also GREAT place to watch Saints games if you don't want to squeeze into Finns or Bayou beer garden. Great outdoor space, tons of parking and a great party room. I cannot say enough good things about this gem. And if we ever get free of covid, chicken wing festival wars!!!

Great food, good bartenders sat at the bar they put the WNBA game on for me. Gave me some great recommendations. You cannot go wrong with the two meat platter. And those damn side dishes.. whoever they got back cooking and putting the ingredients together they got some good cooks... keep those brothers and sisters working for y'all... give them a damn raise!!! really enjoyed

Very good and portions match the price for once. I even forgot to tell them lean or moist brisket and they got it right. Brussel sprouts yes, Mac and cheese eh ok with fake bacon bits on top, burnt ends good, brisket tad over cooked but still fatty. 2 meat, drink, dessert $40. Banana pudding is like bread pudding. Just read reciept there's a package fee and credit card fee....ok I'm going to look into that (I see the Togo fee listed promptly on the menu so that's clear but don't see credit card announced so that's an issue)
